LPCXpresso1125 Board

The LPCXpresso™ family of boards provides a powerful and flexible development system for NXP's Cortex�-M family of MCUs. They can be used with a wide range of development tools, including the NXP’s LPCXpresso IDE. The LPCXpresso1125 board has been developed by NXP to enable evaluation of and prototyping with the LPC112x family of MCUs, and is based on the LPC1125JBD48 version of the MCU.

The LPCXpresso1125 board can be used with development tools from NXP partners including Atollic, Keil, IAR, Mentor Graphics and Rowley using the CMSIS-DAP protocol option. An external debug probe such as LPC-Link2 can be used by simply connecting it to the board via the P1 connector and powering the board via the secondary USB connector, refer to our partners for details on using their tools with the board. The board includes a standard 10-pin JTAG/SWD connector plus analog/digital expansion headers, making it a highly extensible platform. Headers conforming to the LPCXpresso™, Arduino UNO and PMOD standards give an unprecedented number of options to developers wanting to leverage existing peripheral boards.

LPCXpresso1125 is fully supported by the free LPCOpen Software Development Platform for NXP Microcontrollers, which provides drivers and examples in source code for rapid product development.

LPCXpresso™ is a low-cost development platform available from NXP, supporting NXP's ARM-based microcontrollers. The platform is comprised of a simplified Eclipse-based IDE and low-cost target boards which include an attached JTAG debugger. LPCXpresso is an end-to-end solution enabling embedded engineers to develop their applications from initial evaluation to final production.
